Own and manage integrity & compliance processes. Develop, revise, and implement policies and procedures that support and respond to governing international trade policies to ensure full compliance with international laws and regulations regarding trade, information, and technology. Maintain up-to-date thorough knowledge of international trade laws and regulations applicable subsidiaries activities that govern international trade activities according to agencies. Serve as primary interface and proactively collaborate with leadership and functional departments, internal stakeholders, supply chain and customers to understand trade compliance and customs requirements, matters, potential impact, and risks, providing oversight, technical guidance, and direction. Assess and mitigate risks, routinely monitor import, and export compliance activities and effectiveness of internal controls, initiate internal audits and assessments. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize issues, drive root cause analysis, recommend solutions. Manage and support all government and trade compliance audits, driving closure of findings and completion of corrective actions.
