• Working as Senior Process Engineer, reporting to the Chief Process Engineer, my responsibility includes preparation and development of documents and drawings pertaining to Process such as: o Process simulation, conceptual process studies, basis of design, heat & material balance. P&ID, PFD, BFD, UFD, MSD, Operating Philosophy, Utility demands Utility Summary List, Line List (LDT), Flaring & depressurizing, Safety Reviews & HAZOP Studies. o Sizing & design all process equipment and components like, Pressure Vessels, Pumps, Tanks, Columns, Heat Exchangers Thermal design, Control Valves, Relief Devices, Line Sizing, Hydraulics and Flow Assurance. o Interfere with other disciplines and provide process data to Equipment Data sheets, Instrument Data sheets, PPL, ISO, FPP, ISS, SIS, C&E, ILD, Equipment List, Tie-in List, Actuated Valve List, Motor List and Special Piping (SP) Items List. Technical Specifications, Equipment Data Sheets, Safety Instruction Sheets, Noise Data Sheets, Appurtenance Schedule & Layout Drawings. o Leadership responsibilities such as supervising team, reviewing and checking process deliverables and produced documents, managing resources, proposal estimate for new project design requests (PDRs) and creating list of deliverables (LODs), dealing with variation notes (VNs) and scope changes, managing budgets hours, Initiating & responding to technical quires (TQs) and request for information (RFIs), plan for day-to-day work and maintain progress. - List of Projects:

- Working as Process Engineer, developing process engineering drawings such as PID, PFD and Line List. Also, performing conceptual studies and calculations and all associated activity for the design purposes such as process simulations & control, process safety and inputs to other disciplines.
- Worked as process engineer to design crude handling facility, water treatment facility and produced water disposal network. Designing equipment’s like, Degassing tanks, Heat Exchangers, Hot Oil System, Plant Utilities, Dehydrators, De-salters, Drums, Storage Tanks, Oily water sewer and Sanitary sewer system. performed system hydraulics for gravity lines, pumped lines and tanks in-breathing & outbreathing calculations. Also, helped in developing facility simulation, developing process deliverables such as PID, PFD, basis of design document, hydraulics reports, MSD, line lists. Also, helped in all associated activities for designing purposes such as process specifications to other disciplines, effective communication with project team members and customer communication and satisfaction.
- Performed single phase flow assurance and hydraulics study using Synergi Pipeline Simulator SPS software version 10.5. for produces water disposal network. Activates includes modeling system network, initiate modeling basis such as (boundary conditions, fluid properties, pipeline properties pump curves and valves details). Run the model for steady state cases transthermal and isothermal. prepared Exhibit-I document to evaluate surge analysis technical specifications. Run model for transient analysis and finally reporting results.
- Working as Process Lead Engineer responsible for technical and management aspects and commitments on process discipline to the projects.
- Technical aspects: Responsible for checking team work and deliverables as PID, PFD, line lists basis of designs and control philosophies and all other process deliverables to design well head piping, flowline and remote headers by utilizing the forecasted material in client warehouse. Performing interdisciplinary checking for interface discipline deliverables like PPL, ISO, SIS, & ISS.
- Management aspects: Leading a group of 6 personals consist of two engineers and four designers, estimating new projects workloads and creating List of Deliverables LODs. Distributing work load and managing budget’s hours. Also, Initiating & answering Technical quires as well as costumer request for information RFIs. Updating projects logs such documents control log DCL, Hold list and staffing plan. Following up requests of new document numbers and revision numbers in different areas at North Ghawar, South Ghawar, Khurais & Central Arabia for wells and GGMs.
List of Projects:
- Saudi Aramco - Onshore Maintain Potential Program (OMPP) for (Oil & Gas). (Detailed Design).
- Saudi Aramco - Gas Gathering Manifolds (GGM) Enhancement Project. (Detailed Design).
- Working as process engineer responsible for developing process documents such as PID, PFD and LDT. Performing hydraulic calculations, relief load calculations & PRD (pressure relief device) sizing, PCV (process control valve) sizing & selection and pump sizing calculation.
- Completing utility demand calculation and estimation for plant air and instruments air system. Activates was including evaluation for existing DCS data, analyzing air flowmeter readings and system pressure readings and performing existing air demand and new air demand calculation. Calculating new air compressor and air dryer required capacities. Estimating number and capacity of new compressor Based on S.A standard SAES-J-901 and 50% stand by capacity.
- Duties were to do detailed engineering and materials support for designing 65 gas wells at Haradh, Uthmaniyah, Shedgum and Hawiyah. Developing, process documents PID, PFD and LDT for each designed package, communicating with project administration and other disciplines and provide process data to other discipline documents such ISS, SIS, PPL and FPP
- Acting as Lead engineer managing a group of 6 personals, responsibility like creating scope variation notes (VN), updating DCL and staffing plan, also provide proposal estimate for new project.
- Responsibilities were about reviewing design basis, working on PFD, P&ID, line designation table (LDT), reviewing data sheets, completing squad checks, performing purging nitrogen calculation and hydraulics calculation. Participating in HAZOP session as a Scribe.
Working as Quality Coating & Painting Inspector Assistant. He worked on Platforms of Arabia-8, Arabia-9 and Hasbah-19 and his duties were as follow:
-Coating’s equipment inspection
-Welded item’s welding inspection and Galvanized items inspection
-Performing paints pinhole and adhering tests.
-Filing and submitting inspection test report and inspection check list.
