As a Senior Project Manager, I am tasked with supervising all phases of a project's construction and ensuring quality construction by communicating with the construction team on one hand and project stakeholders on the other. Some of the projects that have been implemented under my supervision:
- 30-thousand-ton silo of Sina company in Amirabad port
- Maskan Bank branch in Mahshahr city
- Maskan Bank branch in Ilam city
- Tejarat Bank Headquarters in Tehran city
- Sepah Bank Headquarters in Ahwaz
- Faculty of International Campus of Golestan University in Gorgan city
- The central building of the General Director of Highways and Road Transport of Isfahan
In this position, I was the Project Manager in charge of the Mashhad airport construction project, and I was responsible for ensuring the quality implementation of the project according to the wishes of the stakeholders.
As a Project Manager of Avgoon Studio, I supervised the Pasargad Bank Headquarters building, and having participated in all technical meetings and overseeing the performance of related contractors, I had complete supervision over the implementation process.
My main duties in this position were as follows:
- Activity as a key member of the management team in advancing set strategy.
- Make structure of long-term goals and set of standards.
- Ensure the technical performance of the completion and completion of projects based on the budget/time plan.
- Motivate staff in the technical and managerial departments on project management by identifying resources and facilities.
- Consulting in recruiting technical staff to provide technical unit plans.
- Ensure implementation and refinement of projects based on needs.
- Ensure the focus of the project development team is based on the demands of the employers.
In this position, I was the administrator of the atelier to manage my young architects and set policy for our studio. Here we actualized our dreams and made the greatest project in the south of the country.
I was the middle manager and head of the technical office. I monitored and handled the projects and was in charge of negotiations with sponsors and clients. My main duties in this position were as follows:
- Managed the coordination of plans and designs.
- Monitored the flow of development activities to ensure completion of constructional works.
- Conducted studies and special projects on space planning, structural analysis, design feasibility, and other related architectural engineering issues.
- Performed an array of administrative duties related to architectural construction projects such as code and zoning research, reviewing contractor payments and utility bills, monitoring project budget, and coordinating utility installation.
Worked on 5000 dwelling unit as head of architectural team and executive member of landscape design.
My main duties in this position were as follows:
- Built CAD & 3D drawings based on information provided by customers.
- Prepared engineering support for in-house projects.
- Conducted research needed to complete architectural projects.
- Completed design work, including schematics and cost estimates for in-house projects.
- Provided technical expertise and guidance in the preparation of efficient datasets, layouts, work statements, drawings, and delivery schedules.
- Projects included prefabricated residential and public buildings.
After 5 years of work experience, I decided to continue my studies to become a construction project manager.
I received my bachelor's degree from PGU State University and started working in my field immediately after graduation.
