• Analyzes and provides advice to supervisors and managers on methods and
approaches to resolve employee work problems
• Schedules work activities and manpower requirements to meet required
completion dates
• Monitors work activities to ensure that craft personnel adhere to good safety
standards
• Delegate to field supervisors such functional responsibilities for craft
supervision and construction control that are appropriate and supervise their
performance
