Design and localize all content (print, social media, web, videos, IVAs).
Maintain a variety of content libraries. PoC for outsourced design projects to agencies.
Email Marketing: Plan campaigns, create and execute HTML emails, journeys,
landing pages and webpages. Recommend and execute content optimization
initiatives such as A/B testing and UI/UX testing.
Operations, Governance and Reporting
Drive full-year Digital/MCE Ops planning with Brand Managers.
Work with Data Aanalytics team to generate and report KPI metrics on
monthly basis. (customer engagement analysis, Sales and Marketing team KPI reports, MCE
performance reports per brand, Videos and Email marketing analytics reports)
Promote content on 3rd party websites and report monthly TP targets to CFTs.
Onboard and train new team members, set deadlines for projects, monitor
team performance, manage data quality and establish compliant procedures.
