In this job role, I undertook and performed the responsibilities of an internal recruiter:
● Managed end-to-end recruitment predominantly for Product, Design, Tech, Finance & Marketing roles; right from sourcing & screening resumes, taking telephonic interviews, face-to-face & walk-in interview drives, conducting background verification calls, offer negotiation till pre-onboarding formalities, educating candidates about company culture, policies, benefits & smooth onboarding.
● Collaborated closely with 8+ hiring managers across departments like Product team, Engineering team, Business & Finance team and Marketing team to analyze requirements, coordinate for interviews, follow-up for regular feedbacks, regularly generate reports using Microsoft Office Suite tools & update the HRIS system.
● Developed relationships with CEOs, VPs, cross-departmental stakeholders, and 8+ third-party vendors.
● Executed sourcing & screening prospective candidates via Internal ATS System, social media platforms, professional network & more than 10+ job portals like LinkedIn, Indeed, Behance, Lottie etc.
● Successfully closed 10+ roles with an average TAT of 2 - 3 weeks for Tech & NonTech roles ranging from Interns to Manager level job profiles (Product, Design - UI-UX, Graphic Designers, Developers iOS & Android, Database Administrators, Finance, Brands, Marketing and Live Entertainment)
● Effectively assisted in planning & executing Mass Recruitment drives, Campus Recruitment drives & various employee engagement activities for 750+ employees over 5+ occasions.
● Responsible for headhunting Junior, Mid & Senior level requirements in domains such as BFSI, Sales & Marketing, Design, IT by analyzing & understanding the requirements of the clients, coordinating, and establishing strong client relationships.
● Planning, sourcing and screening resumes of prospective candidates through 5+ various Job Portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, IIM Jobs, Behance, Instahyre etc.
● Consistently evaluating & shortlisting candidate's profile, providing role briefs, procuring resumes, coordinating for interviews, providing interview feedback & maintaining and updating database regularly.
● Successfully closed 6+ junior to senior level positions in the span of 9 months for 8+ CLIENTS like Deloitte, Civica etc. for more than 9+ ROLES like Forex Analyst, Warehouse Executive, Brand Manager, Program Manager, Business Analyst, Biostatistician, IT Recruiters, Content & Creative Leads etc.
I earned a grade of 2:1 according to the UK Grading system I was a scholarship holder. I was the Academic Representative for my cohort (MSc Human Resource Management & Consulting. As an Academic Representative, I worked closely with my Director of Studies and collaborated with 30+ other Academic Reps, Director of Studies (DoS), and other members of the Student Union. I acted as a liaison between my coursemates, DoS, and The Students Union by encouraging feedback & conducting regular catch-up sessions with students.
