Taking care of major HR Functions such as Resource Planning, End-to-End Recruitment, New Joinee Formalities, Induction Process, Attendance Management, Leave Management, Payroll, Statutory Compliances, Performance Appraisals, E2E relations, Employee Exit formalities, F&F Settlement, Training and Development, Office Administration and Client Relations.
Responsible for Grievance Redressal and Vendor Management.
Analyse Manpower Planning and Recruiting employees through various sources and conducting interview and select the suitable candidates to each Department and Involved in End-to-End Recruitment.
Taking care of end-to-end recruitment cycle in Job Portals, Sourcing, Screening Applications, Interview scheduling, and taking care of the entire selection process in close coordination to fulfil clients needs.
Involving in handling time sheets and attendance of each and every employee details for payroll processing for employees (FMS), which includes leave processing of around 20 employees.
Responsible for office administration, Training and Development, E2E and B2B activities.
