and report, the effectiveness of the governance process, risk management
and internal control process of the entity, to the Audit Committee and the
Chairman.
* Reviewing the reliability and integrity of operating information
and the means used to identify measure, classify, and report
such information.

systems established to ensure compliance with policies, plans,
procedures, laws, and regulations which could have a
significant impact on the company.

including fraud risks, and other matters.
