Financial Controller of subsidiary entities

consolidated financials applicable GAAP & Standards. Subsidiary is part of consortium providing Hydrocarbon
engineering services.
* Responsible for & handling the limited review, statutory audit, tax audit and annual
SOCPA requirements.
* Working with the Head - F&A, KSA to create a compliance process to handle the
increasing compliance requirements in KSA.
* Manage the finances of the standalone subsidiary.
* Prepare the budget for next fiscal year in coordination with various stakeholders
* Coordinate and provide information to India team for India local reporting and management
reporting.
* Manage team of 6 nos. in KSA (offices & site) and 2 nos. in shared services - India.

Legal entity controller
Parent holding and SPVs companies

Responsible for the US GAAP and Japan GAAP financials of the consolidating &
Non- consolidating special purpose entities / Investments and holding entities investing
primarily in Real Estate and Renewable Energy projects.
* Responsible for providing technical guidance for accounting equity and non-
equity investments primarily in new Real Estate and Renewable energy projects by
analysing relevant agreements / documents and liaising with various stakeholders.
* Provide accounting and financial guidance on special projects involving entity and
investments restructuring aimed at synergy and cost saving.
* Inform management on key changes in US GAAP, its impact on business and to provide
feasible solutions by liaising with various federation and business stakeholders.
* Responsible for completion of Regulatory Reporting for US FED, SEC, SOX and
Japan regulatory authorities on timely basis for all entities under the business node
* Drive automation initiatives, process improvements and value creations
* Manage the team of 8 nos. across Bengaluru and Tokyo. 3 direct reportees.
* Liaise with US, Tokyo and other Global teams for various requirements.

* Member of Associate council which looks for opportunities to streamline consistent
approaches on conceptual understanding and to reduce time & effort in common processes
among teams within Investment Accounting.
* Member of Finance People Development committee and Legal Entity Controller Training
Council - global committees for continuous learning and development of finance
controllers in Goldman Sachs.
