Screening, Short listing candidate’s profile as per client needs.
Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources (Recruitment through Professional Networking, Job Portals, Internal Job Posting, Placement Consultants and Employee Referral Schemes) after identification of manpower requirements.
Designing Project wise / Location Wise / Department wise organization manpower organogram as per Recruitment closure.
Negotiating and Finalising Final CTC and generating the offer letter.
Implementing the HR policies, systems & procedures for the HR operations and development
General Administration
Maintaining car rental files, issuing all types of letters, opening account and preparing no objection letters.
Arranging accommodation for workers & staff; handling hotels / ticket booking and dealing with Real Estate & escalate for internet & Telephone connection.
Monitoring and reporting on the vehicles and arranging servicing when necessary.
