JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Electrical Commissioning of Offshore Platforms
● Testing and commissioning of all Electrical equipment from 480 volts to 220 kV System.
● Indoor and outdoor substation and substation equipment are with all types of Instrumentation Transformers, Power Transformers, AIR, and SF6 circuit breakers, etc.
● Testing of MCCB’S, Battery Charger, UPS, Distribution panels, and performance test of 40Ah to 700Ah Battery banks.
● Protection end to end Test for line feeders, Overall stability test for line feeders, Cable & Transformer feeders, and troubleshooting of all electrical circuits, control & protection circuits.
● Executing the schematic diagrams as build modification & interlock diagram as per site requirement
● Testing and Commissioning of Control & Relay, Transformer, Bus Coupler. GIS Switchgear(GE),
● Testing Kit Reference: Omicron CPC 100, CMC356, CT Analyzer, GE Sverker 760, Megger TM1760.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Electrical Maintenance in Umm Al Narr Power Plant
• Receiving work order and obtaining work permit (PTW).
• Accept safety document and ensure safety measurement during work execution.
• Respond quickly to all service requests and efficiently repair electrical systems.
• Trained to Work at height and confined space electrical works.
• Carries out of all preventive, breakdown and overhauling activities of various electrical equipment.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations.
• Maintain, repair, test and installation of Electrical LV motors.(e.g. Fan, Hydraulic, Compressor and submersible pumps)
• Inspection and maintenance of HV motors 6.6KV and 11KV segment.
• Inspection and maintenance of Diesel generator and its auxiliaries.
• Inspection and maintenance Power and Distribution Transformers (Oil and Dry Type).
• Familiar with AUMA MOV’s (Motor operated valve\} operation and troubleshooting in AM/AC type.
• Familiar with Overhead cranes ( EOT) operation, maintenance and troubleshooting
• Maintain, repair, install and test switchgear, industrial storage batteries, switchboard meters, regulators and reactors
• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial, electrical and electronic control systems and other related devices
• Test electrical and electronic equipment and components for continuity, current, voltage and resistance
• Install, examine, replace or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, lighting fixtures and other electrical components
• Report all accidents, near misses, and safety concerns to the supervisor and EHS section.
• Work as per procedure & best safety practice required to ensure safe EHS.
• Commit to compliance with all safety standard and regulations at all times
• Use personal protective and engineering controls appropriate to their work.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Interior Electrical Construction & Maintenance
•Carrying out electrical installation and maintenance work.
•Carrying out new project work, design and Installation of lighting and power system for industrial, retail outlets and commercial projects.
•Carrying out installation and maintenance work of FCU.
•Installed low voltage electrical power distribution networks
•Ability to repair interior wiring for lighting and power, fire alarm system etc.
•Ability to read and understand all types of drawings and electrical code specifications
•Installed brackets and hangers to support electrical equipment.
•Knowledge about installation of DBs, SMDB, cable glanding and termination.
•Knowledge about all hand Tools & Power Tools.
•Working on ladders, scaffolds, and roofs in retail outlets and general commercial office buildings

• Operation and maintenance of 11KV/433V, 2500KVA substation.
• Trouble shooting of Electrical fault & Preventive maintenance of electrical equipment’s/ Records keeping etc.
• Check sheet maintenance and 52 weeks PM schedule for critical equipment’s, Safety Equipment’s and job card maintenance.
• Maintenance of 500KVA, 1010KVA DG set’s with synchronizing panel.
• Maintenance of 2000KVA, 1000KVA Step down Transformer (HT Line/LT Line).
• Maintenance of MV Control Panel, Starters & Motors.
• Operation and maintenance of LT panels and diesel generators.
• Maintenance of 200KVA, 20 KVA rated EMERSON UPS systems, and it’s SLA Batteries.
• Maintenance of Power, UPS, Lighting panels and DBs
• Maintenance of general Indoor & Outdoor lightings in Commercial Buildings.
• Operation and maintenance of Cooling Tower’s, AHU’s, PAC’s, Package ACs, and Cassette type Units, And Split units.
• Maintenance and operations of RO, SOFTNER, STP plants.
• Maintenance and operations of FIRE PUMPS (Jockey, Sprinkler, Hydrant, Diesel pump)
