 Mange IT projects that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and other stakeholders.
 Provide innovative technical solution to meet business requirement.
 Scope creation and SOW finalization for internal and external projects.
 Convert business requirements to solution design specs
 Project Management (SDLC) and handling stack holders and aggregators.
 Requirement gathering and prepare (LLD and HLD) for the project.
 Providing technical leadership and support to software development teams.
 Project estimation and assignment to team members
 Create structure and core component of the projects.
 Ensure software meets all requirements of Quality, Security, Scalability and Availability.
 Manage relationships with vendors, business partners and collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications
 Managing multiple projects, activities and tasks related reports to the management.
 Create and mentor IT best practices and industrial standards to the team member.
 Use tools and methodologies to create proto type or mock screens for the new projects.
 Resolving performance issue and provide technical guidance to development team.
 Website hosting maintenance (Go daddy and Single hop) and provide guidance for deployment process.
 Database Design and managing application database security, backup and recovery for all the projects.
