Teacher's tasks.
A teacher of English as a foreign language is responsible for many duties and tasks during a work day, here are a few of them:
- Conducting a diagnostic tests to get general clear idea about students previous educational experiences and abilities.
- Applying the suitable and expected remedy that will tackle the weakness points.
- Assessing and Evaluating student's learning and behavioral habits.
- Providing students with all needed to master the four skills.
- Ongoing assessment to observer their progress.
- Preparing measures and exams to get the final outcomes of their works.
- Preparing statistic to analyze data which is mainly related to student's achievements: ( gifted Ss, intermediate, low-achievers )
** P.s.: As an experienced teacher, we have to prepare techniques, teaching aids, ongoing practical exercises which are presented and discussed on the smart screens, in addition to, many other
teaching-learning activities.

A two-year academic training to obtain a master degree in TEFL. It includes a variety of courses focusing mainly on educational habits, psychological factors, teaching-learning techniques, strategies and methods. The students are assessed by the end of each course, to follow-up their progress. By the end of the first year, the students are asked to prepare and present search proposals in different fields of education and teaching-learning processes. These studies must be fruitful and prepared in practical academic steps, which means, the students have to read the historical backgrounds of these fields of study, preparing well-balanced questionnaire and a revised survey by a well-known professors, analyze the data and results of them using SPSS programme; analytical - statistical programme and stating the Variabilities and contrasts of the figures and statistics found. Finally, the students should conclude the search with their assumptions, a measurable Hypothesis and procedural suggestions fulfill the desired goals, aims and objectives of the search paper.
