تنفيذ سياسة المؤسسة طبقا للرؤية والاستراتيجة والاهداف المحددة .
وضع خطة العمل داخل المعرض ومتابعة تنفيذها بالشكل الصحيح لتنفيذ الاهراف .
تنظيم العمل داخل المعرض و توزيع المهام على جميع منسوبي المعرض .
العمل على تحقيق الاهداف البيعية للمعرض.
الإشراف على مرافق المعرض بالكامل والتأكد من كفاءة تشغيلها.
المتابعة مع الجهات المختلفة داخليا وخارجيا لحل أي مشکلات.
متابعة إصدار الفواتير والسندات وطلبات الصرف والتأكد من صحة كل المخرجات.
الإشراف و التوجيه و المتابعة و الرقابة على فريق العمل بالمعرض بالكامل.
تحديد المتطلبات التدريبية لرجال البيع داخل المعرض لرفع كفاءة الأداء البيعي.
تدريب مسؤولين البيع من حيث قدراتهم البيعية بشكل دوري ومستمر.
عمل اجتماعات دورية مع مسؤولين المبيعات.
تنسيق الأجازات الأسبوعية بين العاملين بالمعرض بما يتوافق مع سياسات المؤسسة.
متابعة استلام العملاء لبضائعهم بالتنسيق مع مسؤولين المبيعات.
رصد ومتابعة صالة المعرض بصفة مستمرة لمتابعة مسؤولي المبيعات و حركة العملاء.
متابعة ومراقبة تطوير أنظمة ومعايير الجودة وإعداد التقارير الفنية حول جودة المعروضات
1.Use professional accounting concepts and internal company policies
2. Oversight and supervision of the accounting operations including maintaining internal control procedures.
3. Participate in the issuance of monthly financial statements,
4. Supervise the functions of accountants.
5. Follow-up and review of enrollment in the general ledger, accounts payable, and fixed assets.
6. The preparation of several monthly financial reports for the company's financial position.
7. Coordinate and facilitate the process of documenting accounting policies and procedures.

9. Application of internal control procedures in order to serve the accounting process
1 / Review record sales cash/ credit invoices and futures collection and follow-up collection methods
2 / review and recording cash purchases and bills futures and determine the time of payment
3 / Follow-up bills exchange of goods from stores to sales men
4 / Follow-up returns and provable accounting
5 / reconciliation bank accounts statements, customers and suppliers
6 / prepare monthly salaries marches
7 / prepare weekly and monthly reports (sales / collection) (purchases / payments)
8 / participate in the inventory and the preparation of financial statements
1 / responsible for follow-up needs some hotel areas (indoor and outdoor restaurants / lobby / reception / swimming pools) of the Food and Beverages
2 / responsible for reviewing the receipt of goods and introduce the major stores, including to Sub hotel stores
3 / responsible for the audit of rooms before leaving the customer
