Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
• Executing the fit-out projects for new buildings and renovations of existing branches, controlling all processes from initial design concepts through to handovers
• Tracking and assessing all project milestones in accordance with planned schedules and work breakdown structures, providing weekly/monthly reports and collating all progress through documents, plans and photographs
• Coordinating with Design and QS Consultants through all stages (concept design, detailed design, tendering, construction and completion), with a thorough follow up on contractual deliverables.
• Allocate the capital budget of the projects planned per each year.
• Monitor and control the cash flow and budget expenditures assigned for each project.
• Conducting meticulous market research and negotiating the best deals with vendors regarding construction materials and finishing.
• Developing project details related to the bank’s business, such as standalone ATMs and kiosks etc.
• Managing design reviews in accordance with stakeholder requirements, as well as managing the project database for all legal documents (completion certificates, insurances, warranties, contracts and drawings)
• Liaising effectively with all project personnel.
- Real Estate Projects:
• Meeting the financial and growth return brand objectives through performing and studying the return on investment analysis.
• Collaborating with extensive developer and broker network to identify premier and quality sites.
• Focusing on understanding the business and key business drivers, matching real estate solutions and strategies, and presenting cost effective alternatives.
• Partnering with the transaction management delivery team involved in locating prospective space and negotiating leases, while working with the project management team to deliver cost effective and timely real estate projects for the bank.
• Securing financial approval for projects from the bank's senior committees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisted the project manager in overseeing and assessing the progress of the Architectural projects and coordinated between all disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP and health & safety) to ensure project delivery as per client’s requirements
• Oversaw architectural and landscape designs, including the review of regulatory compliance.
• Prepared RFPs by drafting proposal content and specifying scopes of work alongside the Line Manager, as well as prepared monthly progress reports related to planning processes and project correspondence.
• Worked out RFCs required by the Consultant in relation to the project’s scope throughout the tendering process.
• Issued prequalification evaluations of sub-consultants prior to project tendering.
• Attended project coordination meetings with project manager, consultant and client representative and resolved design related issues.
• Checked conformity of design and shop drawings with the client’s requirements and specifications and contract conditions.
• Ensured that the site is supplied with all design documentations and shop drawings needed to carry out the works.
• Interfaced with appropriate departments to ensure the proper awareness of architectural design and efficient coordination of information for the project and resolved technical issues and discrepancies
• Liaised with Sub-contractors, Consultants and Service Providers and provided timely clarification regarding architectural related queries to ensure smooth work progress.

• Ensured the implementation of building code requirements and regulations across the entire project.
• Reviewed architectural designs and drawings in accordance with building regulation codes and requirements.
• Issued weekly progress reports and arranged regular client meetings to ensure needs were being met at all project stages.
• Organised activities in accordance with building code regulations, Dubai Municipality and JAFZA codes, master plan compliance and the infrastructure layout.
• Coordinated between architectural, structural and MEP departments to ensure the successful final delivery of the project.
• Inspected construction for code compliance and quality of construction.
• Managed permitting of construction projects, signing permits and correspondence for the Building Code Administration Program.

• Produced the architectural and design drawings of the Beach Hotel
• Carried out architectural design planning for various aspects of the Lebanese University North Campus project.

• Coordinated Clients' architectural changes and modifications with other disciplines.
• Involved in all stages of the projects lifecycle from conceptualization, schematic design, detail design, tender documentation and construction documentation.
