* Responsible for the annual stock counts for all locations at Spinneys Qatar.

* Created and Implemented an Expiry Check Policy, to minimize the shrinkage generated from the expired stock (manual and not supported by the system currently implemented)
* Test all the system inventory related reports, to verify the generated data, and communicate to the IT department for any required development or customization
* Control and manage the receiving and shipping staff at the warehouse and Stores receiving departments.
* Creating and implementing new policies and procedures that increase the logistics efficiency, reduce logistics cost, minimize stock loss, and control stock movement.
* Minimized the logistics cost by 50%, through getting logistics fees, by signing contracts with the warehouse suppliers.
