As a head of CSR and Sustainability management I am responsible for:
• Secretary of the Sustainability Management Committee.
• Manage Corporate Social Responsibilities of SAIB toward all stakeholders.
• Developing the sustainability strategy for the bank and the sustainability KPIs.
• Monitor the sustainability KPIs, manage the performance and put corrective actions.
• Develop and publish the sustainability report.
• Develop CSR and sustainability awareness activities for all stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor efficiency programs to reduce the consumption of the Electricity, Water and Paper.
As head of segmentation I am responsible for:
•Develop and organization segmentation strategy.
•Work closely with products managements and channels to increase customers in the concerned segments and increase the cross sell.
•Generating and submitting quality segmented MIS and business performance reports and managing services automations to control Affluent business
•Conducting periodic market research, competition analysis and focus groups to identify business opportunities, improve customers’ value proposition and develop strategic plans.
•Build the segmenation team.
As personal loan Product Manager I am responsible for:
• Develops, implements, and manages a major portfolio of retail loan products.
• Ensures that the products are marketable, competitive and profitable.
• Understands competitive positions in retail loans and develops competitive products, including pricing, to achieve volume, revenue and profit targets.
• Recommends and implements strategies for the marketing of retail loan products.
