Develop Asset Management Strategy, Develop Recommendations Management System, Enhance Meridium utilization, Manage RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) studies and Facilitator for RCM studies.

Lead Global Reliability and Maintenance improvement projects as determined to resolve key global issues. Accomplish yearly assigned goals to meet the yearly strategic reliability and maintenance improvement goals. Performs/review equipment integrity analysis and ensures remediation actions implemented.
Planning all type of maintenance activities for the entire plant. Manage materials and resources for maintenance division. Providing inspection support and reliability solutions for the entire plant. Sponsor for Mechanical integrity Program. Team member in global maintenance improvement initiatives; (MBPT) Maintenance Best Practice Team, Shutdown, SAP and (RIT) Reliability Improvement Team. Duties covers ensure alignment with the best maintenance practices in other sites and participating in developing unified company maintenance procedures.

Provide support in condition monitoring and preventive programs for Lubrication and Hydraulics systems. Analyze lubrication and hydraulic oil laboratory reports and advice on the corrective recommendations. Support the Central Workshop Department during rotating equipment overhauling. Support Maintenance Departments during major rotating equipment turnaround. Provide the technical support during incident and repetitive failures of major rotating equipment. Provide the required support on Meridium software (Reliability methodologies software) and Proact system (RCA methodology software).
Ensuring accurate standards, procedures and specifications are in place for the maintenance of the plant. Liaison with Third Party regarding NDT inspection and witness activity. Ensure adherence to statutory and internal industry standards and specifications. Keeping records of statutory requirement and submit at the time of internal or external Audit. Provide technical inspection input to various other disciplines (i.e. coatings, civil, QA). Provide draft of Mechanical Equipment work scopes and review existing work scopes. Supports the Operation team during Commissioning and Start-up in developing Standard Operation Procedure. Responsible for the Key Performance elements like Static mechanical integrity, mechanical Rotating machinery integrity and Civil Integrity. Identification of Non Conformance of materials, activities which may affect product quality and record. Conduct field surveys and recommend remedies to solve pressure, flow, and contamination problems.
Lead the implementation of RCM methodology in Saudi Kayan Project prior to start-up of each plant. Coordinate RCM, RBI and RIS methodologies implementation in Saudi Kayan plants with STRP4 (SABIC Total Reliability Program 4) team. Plan and coordinate methodologies training and facilitation workshop for each team member with 135 members. In addition, facilitation workshop related readiness check list for each methodology. Coordinate develop and implementing RCA and PMP/KPI (Plant Management Production / Key Performance Indicators). Facilitator for Utility and Offsite plant RCM team. Created the equipment criticality ranking for U&O plant. Develop mechanical rotating equipment maintenance strategy for U&O plant. Benchmark with other SABIC Affiliates to utilize and share the history and experience in running similar equipment. Developed RCM and RCA procedure. Participated in developing reliability department related procedure and workflow.
CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Coordinator and Administrator for West Region. Call Center supervisor (customer's request). SLA coordinator (Service Level Agreement) in Madinah Facilities Division. Prepare section's annual operational and capital budget. Follow up daily maintenance work orders as well as replay clients' complaints. Prepare maintenance contracts for Madinah Facilities Division. Plan and carry out the annual maintenance which mainly contains three types of maintenance combustion inspection (CI) hot gas path inspection (HGP) major inspection (MI) for General Electric frame 7001E/EA Gas Turbine (55/65 MW). Carry out the routine maintenance work orders related to gas turbine auxiliary equipment. Experienced in gas turbine trouble shooting. Experienced in using MK-V operating control system as well as maintained. Member in the Strategic Hot Parts Committee and the intent of this Committee was to prepare and follow up Hot Parts Reverse Engineering and Maintenance contracts. Division is mainly responsible for maintenance of valves and the hot tap and stopple operations. Attend & participated in several hot taps operations. Attend valves maintenance and testing which is mostly concerned about relief valves. Participated and prepared some engineering hot taps operation requirements. Wrote a Co-op Report about maintenance and testing of relief valves.
