• Establish new business relations with WRM.
• Assist WRM in transfer all of their projects from ADM (Abu Dhabi Municipality).
• Work closely with all division in WRM to kick start the entire project on hand (O&M Projects+ Construction Projects).
• Coordinate with E.Council, Finance Department& ADM about transferring the funds allocated for these projects.
• Work Closely with PRFD Department in all WR Cities & assist them in managing these projects in the best possible& professional way.
• Coordinate for new opportunities of investment in the WR, example: Starbucks, KFC & Costa Coffee franchises.
• Coordinate with WRM- Infrastructure for current & new projects.
• Participate and assist WRM & ADM in preparing annual strategic projects planning
• Assist WRM in establishing a media plan for 2007, 2008&2009.
• Facilities & Coordinate International Invitation, factory visits & Exhibition visits for clients.
• Coordinate with WRM & ADM in All contractual & financial issues when needed.
• Manage & Coordinate all staff related issued with client.
• Coordinate with legal, Accounts, contracts Division in WRM for all business related issued.
• Prepare special tasks, team, require for the client when needed.
• Promote new ideas in the rejoin and as per the culture in WRM Ex.: (Memorial Stand in Delma, Information Center in liwa, etc)
• Manage all admin works for the program within KEO.
• Coordinate between KEO, s Divisions & Clients when needed Exp. (UPC, WRM, ADM, ADTA, ADCA, E.C.)
• Report to Sewerage Projects Divisions Manager.
• Responsible for auditing the site supervisory staff fees for all Consultants Assigned by SPC (Sewerage projects Committee), also manage the new staff approval by committee for new projects submitted by consultants.
• Supervise all movement reports provided by consultants; also act as Human Resources Manager for the Site Supervisory Staff Committee.
• Co-ordinate with 7 deferent consultants: KEO, Bureau Veritas, Hyder, Dorsch, ACE, Parsons & Montgomery Watson in all related issues.
• Prepare financial forecasts with division Manager Documents concerning projects Budgets.
• Analyze investment within projects.
• Prepare a regular risk profile for debt portfolios when needed.
• Participate in all financial activities within Department.
• Coordinate with all divisions in the ADM.
• Part of the ISO team in SPC, as a certified Internal auditor.
• Responsible for auditing the site supervisory staff fees for all consultants that the Municipality deals with (more than 120million dhs yearly), also manage the new staff for projects requirements through consultants.
• Supervise the movement reports which are provided by the consultants, also act as Human Resources Manager for the Site Supervisory Staff Committee.
• Co-ordination with 6 sewage consultants: KEO, Bureau Veritas, Hyder, Dorsch, ACE, & Montgomery Watson.
• Evaluate financial risk; prepare financial forecasts, financing scenarios and other documents concerning capital management, and write reports and recommendations.
Master degree in international business from Wollongong university - Dubai campus.
