• Work on schedule planning and Material request for all project at initial stage of the project.
• Follow up and monitor all company firefighting projects work at site in west region.
• Follow up with plan and schedule against work progress at site and recourse allocated by contractor.
• Follow up with all Local materials purchasing and foreign material purchasing.
• Prepare monthly and yearly invoicing plans.
• Analyzes, evaluates, and forecasts current status against an established baseline schedule.
• Assesses the impact of design or construction changes and schedule slippages.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of master data including resource information; project, activity, and resource codes; enterprise project structure; security profiles; licensing information; etc.
• Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and set for weekly/monthly meeting to discuss progress.
