• Meeting investors to discuss all stages of the project journey and resolve investors’ issues.
• Teaming with the JABEEN investment department to issue the agreement, collating investment summary, share Agreement documents (Investor information, Site allocation, Utility demand data, and Premises description) to JABEEN investment department and request to issue the Conditional Investment Agreement.
• Chaired meetings with the investor, consultant, and RCJY Engineering, Environmental departments.
• Nurturing synergistic relationships with investors, funders and the internal / external stakeholders to maximize partnership opportunities for increased impact.
• Identify a synergy among the investor projects for basic infrastructure as well as shared integrated services such as methane gas, hydrogen, air gases, steam, cooling, and firewater utilities.
Highlights:
• Instrumental in commanding commercial aspects for the company with monthly 40 million SAR ($ 3.6 million) sales
• Played a key role in establishing corporate strategy, game plan to drive the company's next phase of exponential growth.
• Successfully settled the claim with Saudi Aramco for a value of 2.2 million USD for Quyrayyah Nitrogen Supply Agreement.
• Signed three (3) hydrogen offtake agreements, clarified pricing indexes & formula and consistently ensured compliance with contract scope.
• Under my leadership propelled Liquide Nitrogen sales to Saudi Aramco by 19% for 18 tons per day versus 92 tons per day (contract quantity).
• Provided strategic advice on commercial allocation of scarce capital resources under prudential constraints and guided company spending to reduce OPEX and maximize profits.
• Collaborated with the controllership support on P&L budget and forecasting.
