 Successfully developed HR department from scratch and implemented comprehensive HR standards and compliance, employee handbook, policies, procedures, job descriptions, resulting in a streamlined performance management system
 Successfully oversaw remodeling of the HR role after Sodexo handover to NCMS by restructuring divisions, updating new policies, coordinating layoffs, & managing severance pay issues resulting in a seamless transformation of all HR functions
 Successfully implemented diverse recruitment initiatives & rewards programs to reduce overall employee turnover & increase workforce by more than twenty percent resulting in a coherent, committed workforce with increased levels of satisfaction
 Instilled dedication and commitment in the implementation and execution of the Saudization strategies that efficiently strengthened levels of Saudization resulting in improved and maintained compliance levels
