Successfully developed HR department from scratch and implemented comprehensive HR standards and compliance, employee handbook, policies, procedures, job descriptions, resulting in a streamlined performance management system
Successfully oversaw remodeling of the HR role after Sodexo handover to NCMS by restructuring divisions, updating new policies, coordinating layoffs, & managing severance pay issues resulting in a seamless transformation of all HR functions
Successfully implemented diverse recruitment initiatives & rewards programs to reduce overall employee turnover & increase workforce by more than twenty percent resulting in a coherent, committed workforce with increased levels of satisfaction

Responsibilities included followed- up all action items that may appear in the meetings. involve in planning, scheduling and track all jobs required from the Subcontractors, identify problem areas, critical items, and follow-up with elements managers and maintain program management document/files for the region and districts.Lucent real Estate department and my main responsibility was helping the department to become ISO 9002 certified by implemented all the procedures require and follow up the process of implementing each task. Quality department where I was responsible of preparing and conducting the GSM survey questionnaire to identified the best way passable to help the customer.
