Project Management also includes follow up on permit processing. monitoring the project budget, schedule, day-to-day items that can prevent the delay of a project, supervise and work closely with the project team members and establishing a good rapport with the property owners. This also includes making sure the design plans are within the construction limitations and they meet actual field conditions. It is also important to coordinate construction with contractors or the King County Construction Force Unit.
