-Creating, controlling, and monitoring the budget VS the actual expenses.
-Applying and monitoring AMCs for the sophisticated/critical elements by service providers.
-Zoning the branches due to geographic locations to have technician per zone, also make a rotation plan every three months to have a competitive atmosphere between technicians.

-Developing & enhancing the kitchen layouts due to operation circulation/needs.
-Developing the criteria of the public areas in the restaurants due to the requirements of the local market, also the Middle East market to start the franchise model.
-Supervising/controlling the steps of establishing new branches inside and outside Egypt:
a. Architectural, M.E.P, Equipment packages.
b. Tendering.
c. Implementation process through a fit out contractor.

First of 2500 m2 mosaic tiles inside the pool containing a drawing of two
Dolphins and GRC topping for the pool. ( Beach type by using stamped concrete)
Second of 3000 m2 mosaic tiles inside the pool containing a drawing of geometrical shapes, GRC
topping for the pool, and two circular stairs using rough surface ceramic.
Third of 250 m2 kids' pool mosaic tiles and GRC topping for the pool.
Also responsible for finishing works of the mechanical rooms for these pools.

2. Responsible for implementing finishing works for the extension of Porto Sokhna mall containing Spa, two
towers of the bridge which connected to the beach passing by the road, and also handling between the marketing department for the shops and the owners.

per floor.
2. Responsible for implementing finishing works included plumbing and electrical works for a flat in maadi about 120 m2 area.
3. Responsible for designing and implementing Wooden Islamic salons for a Lebanese business man.

Targets have been achieved: 1. Design and preparing the drawings of Piraeus Bank, and specially revision for the elevations drawings for all branches.

3. Make Evaluations to Piraeus Bank for lands, and buildings related to loans.

archiving for ISS (Integrated System Solutions company by Ahmed Kafafi)
5. Re-design and preparing the elevations drawings of the National bank for development to Abo dahbi
