Responsible of completing a development of blood glucose monitoring device project, doing gap
analysis, coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of
projects, ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope and within budget, manage
the relationship with the client and all stakeholders, perform risk management to minimize project
risks, establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Develop products by identifying potential products; conducting market research, generating product requirements, determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction, manage team budget and developing marketing strategies. In addition to maintaining product management staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees and contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Products: Physiomer: nasal care brand by Laboratoire De La Mer Company.
Formagal: Bronchodilator by SMB Company.
Key Clients: ENTs, Pediatricians, Pulmonologists, GPs and Pharmacies and Hospitals.
Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results, establish sales and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans. Also, maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors. Complete national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.

Collect samples, study and perform tests on body fluids, teeth, chemical compounds, biological specimens and other fields of science. Experience acquired within the following fields:
Phlebotomy, Hematology, Clinical Biochemistry, Serology tests, Microbiology and Parasitological).
Performing laboratory tests including pre- and post-analytic phases. Preparing samples/specimens. Producing accurate and reliable data and interpret results.
