• Progresses from being crew member to store manager.
• Due to leadership skills, I was chosen to attend a one month training program in Atlanta, Ga. - USA, to help train and advance management skills of the Jordan Popeye's team.
• Responsible for scheduling & rolling training programs for fifteen stores.
• In 1 year, improved certified management training target from 20% to 96%
• I became utilized by Popeye's Int'l to train managers at all levels to help expand the concept in the entire Middle East.
