• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
• Determines project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
• Determines project schedule within the given deadline by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements.
• Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress & coordinating activities.
• Participate in progress meetings & other technical meetings with the Contractor and PMT to ensure common understanding of engineering requirements, including deliverables.
• Assists in the coordination of pricing, estimating, scoping strategies for proposed projects and in the development and preparation of technical specifications.
• Review of project specifications, material requisitions, drawings and vendor documentation for compliance to project quality requirements.
• Monitoring & controlling Project activities, maintaining safety standards, reduction of idle time.
• Preparation of necessary documents at the various stages of development of the project.
• Coordination with client for executing their priorities, design deviations and technical issues.
• Discussing and resolving complex problems with manufacturing departments, sub-contractors, vendors, third parties and customers.
• Preparation of valuation for change orders or (extra claim) variations.
• Preparation & submission of as-built drawings & final data dossiers.
• Providing Technical and Engineering assistances to Supervisors and teammates.
• Implementation of Company's HSE policy, Safety plan and Local Rules and Regulations.
