Responsibilities- Supervisor of Internal Pharmaceutical Warehouses:
• Promoted a culture of excellence, health and safety requirements, quality and compliance programs, KPI targets, and results across the Pharmaceutical Warehouses to achieve King Abdullah Medical City's vision of Customer First.
• Implementing efficient storage methods which yield ready accessibility of materials, ensuring drugs are stored under appropriate conditions of temperature, humidity and light so that the identity/strength/quality of the stored product is not affected.
• Ensuring an adequate storage space and continuous supply of pharmaceutical, medical and surgical inventories to improve patient service time and quality of care.
• Maintaining full control over delivering, stocking and labeling medicine and other products required for patient care services. Monitoring their condition to prevent expiring or deterioration. Keeping a register of controlled drugs for legal and stock control purposes.

Responsibilities - Planning & Stock management of Pharmaceutical Products:
• Served as the first and foremost coordinator of King Abdullah Medical City to establish robust Planning & Stock management process in liaison with other hospitals in the western area of Saudi Arabia.
• Ensured immaculate planning for key oncology & chemo medications, antimicrobial medications while contributing to strategic planning for logistic, storage capacity and workspace to provide safe, efficient and effective services.
• Ascertained an adequate storage space and continuous supply of pharmaceutical, medical and surgical inventories to improve customer service.

Responsibilities - Out -Patient Pharmacy Department:
• Delivered accurate and efficient outpatient Pharmacy including pharmaceutical care, drug/IV preparation & dispensing and drug utilization as well as medication interventions and patient counselling.
• Efficiently worked with the Scriptpro system which is responsible for automatic preparation of out-patient medications.

Responsibilities - In -Patient Pharmacy Department:
• Demonstrated capability to meet unique pharmacy needs that optimize medication therapy, promotes health, wellness and disease prevention with comprehensive knowledge of medical products/drugs.
• Served as a team member of JCIA Preparation for Pharmaceutical Care Dept and utilized the pyxis system and talyst system which is responsible for automatic dispensing of in-patient medications.
• Showed adeptness in handling all kinds of medicines and pharmaceutical formulations and mixtures, soliciting information on a customer/s medical history to give appropriate medical advice.
