• Temporary assignment to manage all import/export activities, process 2012 pending invoices and bring accounts up-to date, restructure SOPs for faster data processing and maximize productivity.
• Managed imports operations & handling of ocean shipments from Korea to all KIA & Hyundai warehouses nationwide. Also managed international air exports of auto parts and accessories.
• Maintained transportation databases, and provided
documentation for all inbound and outbound freight expenses.
• Updated weekly/monthly summary of freight cost versus sales for Mobis and Hyundai review.
• Updated PDC and carrier damage loss spread sheets, and prepared quarterly reimbursement reports for carriers.

• Reviewed all transportation invoice amounts per our contract rates, resolved billing discrepancies, and reported those approved for payment to the finance department.

•Generated own sales and maintained clientele. Analyzed purchasing/shipping orders and requested quotes. Analyze d proposals and negotiated pricing with appropriate vendors/dealers. Issued purchase orders with terms and conditions, insured cargo, and arranged delivery to final destination (domestic and international).
• Performed market research of desired products to ensure quality standards, determined competitive buying market value and profitable selling market price, estimated profit margins, and approved invoices to complete transactions with our customers.
