•Direct, manage and provide clear leadership as Program Managers (Parsons) to Supervising Consultants team (Dorsch), Design Managers team (AECOM "CP6A"/ Halcrow "CP5A"), Quantity and Cost Managers (Turner & Townsend) and the contractor (Samsung) for all new city infrastructures which include but not limited to substations, roads, utilities, and tunnels for the new "Lusail City". The project scope includes new roads, underpasses, substations, pumping stations, tunnels, bridges, and viaducts.

•Lead a team of 35 senior staf on 4 projects for the construction of new railway stations, tunnels (including shafts and portals, bridges, and viaducts, 20m diameter shafts and shotcrete lined edits,

•Managing the construction of two high rise towers, ZIG ZAG Towers & Shopping Plaza as well as the Twin Palm Towers, Mall and & Multi-level Car Park. This also included infrastructure work comprising of piling (909 nos.), mass excavation & shoring for area.
•Other Duties: Efectively manage multiple stakeholders, maintain and build client relationships throughout the project and post completion. Proactively resolve performance, scope, cost and schedule issues with the Client as they arise.
