Providing good services to the customers.
Having good knowledge of the products that are available in the restaurant.
Maintaining accurate records regarding the sales of services and goods conducted at the restaurant and ensure that the prepared data is free of any errors.
Act as a communication source between the management and the customer
Receive cash after purchase from customers. Money can also be obtained through credit cards, check, cash, automatic debits or vouchers
Calculating the total amount of money transacted for the day
Resolving the customer complains if there are any problem
Carry out sorting, wrapping currencies and counting
Always ensure that adequate amount of cash is available at cashier counter so that balance can be paid to the customers easily.
Making daily sales report.
Answer the phone, make reservation and take delivery orders as well.
-Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the Manager in the end of the day.
-Assist with developing the rest of the team in all aspects of their role
-Deliver excellent customer service
-Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
-Checking quantities of goods on display in the showroom.
-Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
-Welcome and acknowledge all customers and convince them of our quality items.
-Merchandises new collection according to visual merchandising guidelines.
-Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors or manager.
-Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
-Present and sell company products and services to regular and potential clients.
-Gaining a clear understanding of customers and requirements
-Cash handling and banking.
-Achieves personal and team targets.
-Customer service as well as greeting and welcome them.
-In charge of ordering and collection merchandises.
-Handling cash and making and giving sales report directly to the owner.
-Maintain the cleanliness shop and materials throughout the day.
-Making decisions regarding discounts.
