JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Pre risk survey (for customers who visit head office only).
2. Receive customers, documents verification and doing initial accident survey.
3. Coordinate with technical team and deliver replacement car for the clients.
4. Receive & check invoices, documents verification for all claims, assure that suitable labor charge & all parts was approved by technical team according to the authority matrix .In case any excepting was given an ex- gratia form must be signed from an authorized .
5. Invoices Booking in Premia and print credit & debit notes for all invoices and doing claims final settlement and closure.
6. Follow up payments with finance department payments and informing garages and suppliers when cheque is ready.
7. Handling Medical Claims Operation as a replacement for one month( direct billing - Reimbursement medical claims: documents verification & registration in Premia then send claims to TPA to get technical decision and process the claims or inform customer in case of rejection ) .
1. Recording and processing of all claims transactions to ensure they are accurately entered in the system.
2. Attend to all claim intimations promptly and to arrange surveys if required in consultation with Surveyors/Superintendent.
3. Preparation of departmental statistic reports and final bordereaux for management review.
4. Follow-up of recovery claims and reconciliation of accounts with other insurance companies. Undertakes responsibility for collection & disposal of salvage.
5. Obtain quotations when necessary in respect of labour charges and repair/replacement cost in case of property damages.
6. Process the various bills received for payment and to ensure that the bills are settled within reasonable time.
7. Assist the Senior Claims Assistant in preparing outstanding claims list periodically to ascertain that adequate reserves are maintained and also the same is in line with the reserve recommended in the reports.
8. Send loss advises to co-insurers and/or other insurance companies in case of recovery of claims.
9. Review list of recovery claims once in a quarter and to initiate action in cases of non-recovery.
10. Assist the Senior Claims Assistant in the preparation of monthly closing to ensure this is completed on time.
- Motor Underwriting Assistant for 2 separate months (as a replacement).
1. Surveying car accidents and determine the damages and determine the estimate cost to repair.
2. Writing repair orders and explain the procedures of compensation to customers.
3. Determine the reserve for each accident and entering all data on Oracle system.
4. Receive all papers and documents required from the customer,
And giving an appointment to receipt of compensation.
5. Checking all required papers and invoices and prepare the final calculation of compensation.
6. Determine the total loss accidents compensation.
• All acts of secretarial.
• Receive customers and coordination with the Advisors.
• Contact customers after service to ensure quality and customer satisfaction and follow-up customer problems and resolve.
• Receive insurance Surveyors and follow-up with them in relation to accidents.
• Telemarketing, contact the companies and get appointments in preparation for the visit of the Director to discuss and sign of the maintenance contracts.
Bachelor of Economics Degree Business Administration (Marketing major) with excellent grading and average of /81.18 /. Tishreen University /Latakia –Syria/
