• Managing 31 project simultaneously in Al Madinah Al Munawarah to for the Ministry of Interior.
• In charge of the Western Region for all the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing activities in KSA which included 2500 workers.
• Expert of all the planning procedures and time schedules of activities and ensuring multiple deadlines are met.
• Conducted meetings and conferences with consultants and owners to discuss all aspects of the projects.
• Implemented new procedures and instructions for 2500 workers to follow and had to deal with laying off and terminating workers due to financial hardship.

• Has been working as a General Manager for an Electromechanical Contracting Company in Doha - Qatar for the last four years.
• Has established the company from ground Zero (nothing) until took over the first project of 10 million riyals.
• Has been in charge of bringing people from abroad, pricing contracts, Cost estimates writing work schedules, conducting formal meetings with consultant and overall operation of the company.
• In-charge of all formal documentation from Spread-sheets, Inquiries, Purchase orders, Scheduling, Reviewing Electromechanical Drawings to writing formal contracts and generating cost estimates for projects.
• At present Managing 2 projects consisting of Tower (Al-Faisal-2 & Al-Jazeerah Academy Staff Accommodation).
• Managed 3 Electromechanical projects simultaneously (Production Facility, Staff Accommodation and Hospital)
• Was in charge of hiring Electro-Mechanical Engineers, Electricians, HVAC Technicians, Welders and pipe fitters.
• In charge of overall Electro-Mechanical Operations.
• Conducted all formal meetings with consultants and main contractors and owners.
• Managed three shifts over 24 hours 7 days a week on several occasions.
• Extensive experience in Site Project management for Pharmaceutical projects (Merck & co.) which consisted of 3 huge buildings which accommodates 1500 people.
• Was in charge of cost estimates, Scheduling and conducting all formal meeting with consultants & owners.
• Was responsible for overall Electromechanical operations of the project which lasted for 2 years.
• Has used Primavera Software to manage and Schedule project.
• Certified in project management. Managed several multi million dollars installs of BUILDINGS (Electro-mechanical Aspect only).
• Worked with Excel and Power Point on regular bases help customers with their problems by conducting presentations on a regular bases.
• Directly involved on a daily basis with Circuit Cam, Unicam, HLC (Host Line Controller) to convert Gerber and cad files into machines programs.
• As the most experienced Electro-Mechanical Engineer at JUKI, my main task was to work with customers on a daily bases to resolve all open issues which involved writing formal letters, conducting formal meetings and presentations.
• Attended all major Electro-Mechanical conventions for the last 8 years.
• Conducted formal presentations at shows as well as at customer sites.
• Communicated with customers on a high level of professionalism. (Sales Managers, VP’s, Process Engineers).
• Wrote several Service and Electro-Mechanical Bulletins.
• Worked independent without any supervision, and was in charge of the California Branch for the company.
• As the man in charge in the State Of California, I had a customer base of 150 customers (Companies).
• Conducted all the face to face meetings and conference calls with the clients, which also included all the Sales negotiations.
• Directed the entire Technical Service Department which included Northern America & Europe.
• Involved in Writing procedures and documentation for Electromechanical testing Equipment which are mainly used for Electromechanical Projects.
• Was involved in supervising Electromechanical projects which involved contracts with the U.S.A Department of Defense.
• Was responsible for Cost estimating and managing all electromechanical issues and applications that arises in the site regularly.
• Was involved with consultants and main contractors on a day to day bases to resolve any problems or issues.
• In California (San Jose area), was responsible for all overall Electromechanical activities in the site for building a tower of 25 stories.
• Was involved in multimillion dollar contract with the department of defense to install Electromechanical Equipment for Testing Applications.
• As the main Electromechanical Engineer, was responsible for all Technical reports and documentations on a daily bases.
• Experienced with meeting and deadlines without any extra cost that effected the company.

• Conducted Training classes for programming the machines as well as demonstrated machines to customers.
I was on the Deans Honor List for the last 2 years of my Engineering Degree Education With a grade Point average of 3.5. My Electrical Engineering Degree was focused on Electronics. I also have about 20 years experience 3 of them are in the Gulf area in Doha and the rest are in the Silicon Valley in California.
