Site infrastructure & Road Engineer - ABV Rock - National Guard compounds - Albatha (37 buildings, 57 villas, schools, hospital, malls ) :
• Excavation for types of trenches and manholes, inspection chambers and gullies, septic tanks, water tanks.
• Dewatering and waterproofing for concrete elements if needed.
• Preparing bar bending schedules for various concrete elements
• Installation of reinforcement and concrete pouring for concrete water tanks, manholes, inspection chambers, septic tanks and lighting columns bases.
• Construction of storm drainage networks (pipelines, gullies ...etc.)
• Construction of electrical networks (low & medium voltage) including conduits, encasements and protective concrete ties duct banks.
• Construction of Data networks.
• Construction of firefighting networks.
• Construction of sewage networks (pipelines and inspection chambers).
• Construction of water networks (pipelines, valve chambers and block thrust).
• Construction of irrigation networks (pipes and related valve champers.
• Coordination with all types of infrastructure networks and solving problems arising during construction.
• Construction of curbs and sidewalks all hard escaping activities.
• Construction of roads including cutting, backfilling, subgrade, sub base, asphalt, tiles and curbs.
• Soil replacement under foundations including soil classification and testing.
• Installation of GRP tanks.
• Testing materials at Labs (aggregates, concrete, soil, curbs, concrete blocks, asphalt, cement, sand, subgrade, sub base, asphalt, )
• Follow up Concrete mix design.
• Take off quantities.
• Coordination with Consultant for inspections of activities.
• Taking part in preparing daily and progress reports.
• Attending daily and weekly meetings with the management.
Site Engineer at MasrabTrading and Contracting Co. at Rabwa project - Riyadh
• Excavation for buildings to design levels, dewatering and construction of shoring systems for excavation including anchoring if needed.
• Installation of reinforcement for footing, columns, slabs, walls, beams for buildings as per drawings.
• Concrete pouring for various structures.
• Installation of reinforcement and Concrete pouring for concrete water tanks, manholes, inspection chambers, septic tanks
• Testing materials at Labs (aggregates, concrete, soil, curbs, concrete blocks, asphalt, cement)
• Chemical analysis. Compaction, plate bearing tests, compressive strength, Schmitt hammer, pull out and pull off tests.
• Take off quantities.
• Coordination with Consultant for inspections of activities.
• Preparing daily and progress reports.
• Attending weekly meetings with the management.
3- Undergraduate training at Dar Al Handasah Consultants 24-Aug-2014 to 11-Oct-2014 at Third Saudi Medina Haram Extension on bored piles supervision including the following:
• Installation of temporary casing
• Drilling bored piles into specified depth.
• Recycling bentonite and performing the required tests.
• Installation of reinforcement and sonic tubes.
• Installation of termite.
• Concrete pouring.
• Installation of reinforcement for pile caps.
• Casting of Pile caps.
Undergraduate training at Dar Al Handasah Consultants 24-Aug-2014 to 11-Oct-2014 at Third Saudi Medina Haram Extension on bored piles supervision including the following:
• Installation of temporary casing
