• Review the adequacy and allocation of IT resources in terms of funding, personnel, equipment, and service levels
• Approve and monitor major projects, IT budgets, priorities, standards, procedures, and overall IT performance

- Basics of User Administration (Roles And Authorizations)
- Setting up RFC Connections
- Support Packages, Plug-Ins, and Add-Ons
- Scheduling Background Tasks
- System Monitoring
- Starting and Stopping the SAP System
- Setting System Parameters
- Configuring Printers in SAP Systems
- Client administration (Local client copy and Remote client copy)
- Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining operating system workstations and servers, in support of business processing requirements
- Monitor and tune the system to achieve optimum performance levels. Ensures workstation/server data integrity by evaluating, implementing, and managing appropriate software and hardware solutions
- Responsible for Administrating Services of Active Directory and others such ( DNS-DHCP-RIS-SUS-VPN-RAS-WINS-Spam Filtering -DFS-Shadow Copy-IDP-FTP-IIS-Web Content Filtering )
- Ensure data/media recoverability by implementing a schedule of system backups and database archive operations
- Conduct system analysis and development, with limited support and direction from professional staff, to keep our systems current with changing technologies.
- Work closely with professional technical staff in the engineering and customer solutions teams in evaluating current systems and making decisions on future deployments.
- Plan and implement system security policy, to include firewalls, host and client access, file permissions, and user accounts.
- Maintain and support assigned systems to ensure minimal downtime and loss of productivity and service.
- Troubleshoot network performance issues, create, and maintain a disaster recovery plan.
- Recommend upgrade, patches, and new applications and equipment.
- Responsible for Configuring Switches and Routers (3COM & CISCO & Wireless Nexus platform)
- UNIX systems Administrator.
- Programmer using Informix under UNIX.
- Control engineer for CNC electrical machine working by PLC
