Managing all aspects related to finance and accounting, also part of HR.

Developed and constructed departments’ structures and launched ERPs within the Group’s 3 companies (Restofair Lebanon sarl, MHS sal & MHS Offshore), being manager & systems admin.
Prepared organizational structure, also business work-flow, implemented and applied procedures along with establishing the same for other departments & processes.
Assisted in cost reduction through budget control, also contributed profit distribution.
Helped determining costs and selling prices through proper and accurate allocations of expenses.
Developed and maintained methods that boosted collection by identifying credit facilities & monitoring their bypass, along with doubtful clients.
Collaborated and assisted within operations, that lead to a comprehensive management and organizational development.
Participated in management committees, during which, I played a leading role throughout assisting in identifying gaps, needs and requirements, also demonstrated strategic planning ability during management reviews that helped better set priorities and objectives, all through analyzing and mitigating financial and operational risks.

As QMS/EMS Representative:
Implemented ISO 9001:2008 QMS, ISO 14000:2004 EMS & FSC standards - in accordance to ISO 9000:2005, ISO 9004:2009, ISO 19011:2011. My job included the implementation of systems & standards, applications, follow up, control & audit (IAFs, preventive & corrective actions, KPIs, processes & procedures…), prepare Internal Audit Plan, Management Review Meeting, Min. of Meeting, determine AOC and prioritize actions… In brief, everything related to management systems.

I was in charge of general accounting (JV, PV, RV…), invoicing, checks, delivery, cash vans routing & stock counts.
