*.Organize and arrange incoming accounting documents and records.
*. Record financial transactions in General ledgers, Sub ledgers and in subsystems.
*.Reconcile the General ledgers and sub ledgers with Sub systems.
*.Reconcile Cash and Bank books.
*.Preparatory work including audit schedule for Monthly and Annual accounts closing.
Supervise the duties assigned, Verification of all payments including Petty Cash, Supervision of Payroll and other benefits computation, Subsidiary Ledgers,
* Finalization of monthly accounts, Variance Analysis, Monitoring and controlling, Accounts Receivable and Payables,
* Liaise with Banks and other Financial Institutions, Preparation and presentation of Final Accounts to the Auditors,
*prepare All basic financial reports:
(Balance Sheet - Income statement - Statement of cash flow - Retained earning).
*.Perform other related duties as requested by Management .
