SCOPE OF WORK:
Construction of Bridge Interchange consisting a 1km long Fly-Over and 4 Bridges employing box girders and precast T-Beam girders, and 14km Asphalted-Roads, for AJYAL/South Dhahran Home Ownership Project that has 7 000 villas, constructing of service roads, construction detours and infra structures related to storm water drainage systems (catch basins, ditches, pipe slab protections ) & electrical systems (duct banks, electrical manholes, electrical light pole foundations), construction of retaining walls (MSE walls ) & landscaping (curbstone & interlock).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reviewing plans, project technical specification and work procedure to anticipate any conflicts on drawings and resolve immediately with construction team and site management.
• Preparing the technical quires related to Architectural, Civil Electrical and Mechanical works.
• Preparing Shop Drawings, Redline Drawings & As-Built drawings.
• Preparing the Project Daily Report and submitting to SAPMT.
• Preparing the Logistics and Site Control Plans.
• Preparing the Change Orders Drawings and Documents.
• Preparing method statement for all construction activities on site

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reviewing project scope of work.
• Acting as the main technical advisor on a construction site for subcontractors, crafts people and foremen.
• Planning the work in order to meet agreed deadlines as per project schedule.
• Participates in internal site and project management meetings (construction meeting, safety meeting & progress meeting).
• Initiating procurement requests (PR) & Ensuring that all material used and work performed are as per project specifications.
• Coordinating with all project stakeholders, client, subcontractors, suppliers, QA/QC, Safety& Procurement.
• Solving interface issues with contractors by arranging interface meetings.
• Involved in the pre-commissioning, commissioning &handing over the project.
• Supervising the construction of MSE wall (mechanically stabilized earth system retaining walls) which was constructed by FREYSSINET CO.
• Supervising the construction of infrastructure (U/G utilities, electrical manholes, duct banks, GRP pipe, GRP manholes, concrete catch basins, earthworks, road works, landscape, etc.)

SCOPE OF WORK:
The project involved the construction of 6 Buildings (Control Building, Team, Emergency Diesel Generator, Operator, Chiller and Maintenance Building). It involved a combination of concrete, pre-engineered metal deck floors & steel structure. Also the project involved the construction of concrete trenches, manholes, cable rack, parking shed & Road Works.
