Responsibility: - Review the shop drawings with the IFC drawings
•Monitors the construction work and work site to ensure compliance with applicable plans, specifications, standards, codes, regulations and requirements.
•Provide technical, full-time, on-site inspection of the progress and quality of the construction work performed.
•Monitors resolution of quality related issues.
•Monitors the Contractor’s receipt inspection of materials arriving on-site.
•Prepares daily oversight inspection reports
•Produce daily inspection reports for all disciplines of work performed.
CORTOBA company (2 villas at Alexandria +3Towers) / Hollow Block slab and flat slab
•setting out, leveling and surveying the site
•Concrete Works(pile cap + 10 typical floors ) for towers +Finishing and concrete works for villas
•Review and approve project reports
•Ensure that the said rules, regulations and guidelines are followed without any exception
•Interact and communicate effectively with other subcontractors, architects and consultants
•Set a perfect schedule for purchase of equipment and raw materials
•ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
•day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
•planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
•preparing reports as required
•Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
