Monitor the performance of Sub-contractors Staff (Security, HK, and Maintenance);
Conduct the Internal Audit related to the Quality Management System;
Conduct the Safety trainings under the safety way program (Darb Al Aman);
Conduct the Safety induction trainings to the new HK, Security and Maintenance Staff;
Review the operations SOPs and conduct the trainings;
Follow up the PPM schedule;
Check the mall facilities and endorse the preventives and correctives actions to the concerned sub-contractors;
Approve tenant’s work permits;
Monitor the power, water and LPG consumptions;

preparing OHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 certification also implementing the HSE management system: - Updating and revision of hazard identification and risk assessment. - Training and involvement of employees in hazard identification, risk assessment and implementation of control measures - Updating and revision of environmental aspects identification and impact assessment and implementation of control measures. Legal compliance: - Hazard study - Update the emergency plan - Apply the procedure of identification and review of legal requirements and other requirements. - Analysis of new legal requirements. - Coordinate with responsible for activities for the implementation of necessary actions for compliance. Field presence: - Inventory and review of portable equipment: each device must be tested, labeled and marked with the date of the last revision made and the expiry. - Preparation of training supports and programs for all employees and contractors of all rules and procedures (personal protective equipment, emergency procedure, manual handling, lock out- tag out procedure……) - Provide the necessary displays. - Observe and correct unsafe behaviors. - Monitoring of BBS project. - Ensure the application of the procedures (fire permit, working at height……..) - Monitoring of key performance indicators (LTIFR, RIFR ...) - LTIFR= Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate - RIFR= Recordable Injury Frequency Rate
