Supervising all group financial transactions, reporting and policies for multiple sectors & locations
▪ Creating key business performance drivers & metrics as well as new financial model / financial reporting system that enable the company to measure & monitor the profitability of each department on an individual as well as the consolidated basis
▪ Consolidate Group Technology plan and forecast cycles - cost base of USD 3.5 Bn - largest cost base in the bank
▪ Work closely with Stream Operations Managers and CFOs for end-to-end forecast cycles (bottoms up) and implement management’s guidance (top-down) including targets and management challenges
▪ Guide Operations Managers related to supply database (bottoms up forecast tool) from Finance perspective
▪ Monitor senior management packs - flash reports, closing insights, and forecast reports
▪ Work on IBM COGNOS TM 1, CYBOS, SAP and Oracle Essbase; manage SOCA sign-off on the P&L Total Direct Cost
▪ Part of the strategic initiatives team which aims to reduce Service Delivery costs for UBS with special emphasis on cloud & regulatory
