Understanding customer’s system development requirements and empowering their business by delivering high quality business solutions.

Handling SAP BASIS & Security related Incidents and new Change requests, pertaining to the client’s business transaction system (Production server) and resolving them by applying analytical skills, in adherence to the stipulated resolution service level agreement with client.

Consulting/suggesting customer on process improvements, SAP best practices and new functionalities which can add value to their system, and implementing same after customer approval. Contributing in roll outs at various locations to map business under SAP system.

Received customer appreciations in TCS for good SAP consulting skills, business scenarios and shared the same with team members, which improved efficiency of team members considerably
