I was till recently working for Technograph llca branch operation of Al Suwaidi Group of companies.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
• Products handled are a wide range of Autodesk AutoCAD software’s, Oracle Primavera Software, HP Large format and Small format printers and plotters, Laptops, Desktops, Workstations, Servers security products like Sonic wall, Dell, Lenovo and Lexmark are a few companies.
• Had an opportunity to bring back close to 25 old corporate clients like Carillion Alawi, L&T Oman, WJ Towell Constructions, Tebodin and partners (currently acquired by Bilfinger)Galfar. Bhawan Engineering, Future Pipes and Industries, Al Turki, Al Tasnim, IMTACto name a few.
• Added a lot of new accounts and rate contracts too. Worked closely with Ports Authority, ONIEC, Duqm Ports SOAJ, Director General of Roads and Transports, Muscat Municipality, ONTC, Department of Social Pension, Strabag, Tameer Investments, Public Authority Of Electricity and Water, Kohle and Partners, CCED, Evolution Middle East, Towell Engineering, Oman Electro Mechanical Company, Technical Rubber llc., Voltas Oman, Al Fajir for Printing, Port of Duqm, Urbacon Construction Company, International Expert Trading and construction company llc.,
Notable Credits:
• Brought in new customers with new credit policies.
• Turned around a loss making balance-sheet to a near to break even.
• Added new tie ups with companies like NCR, Simplified Solutions, CMO Compliance etc.,
• Techno graph llc. Was promoted from bronze partner to Silver partner for Autodesk.
• A popular Social media page was designed, implemented and service with reasonably good amount of hits and improvements.
• A website was also designed and implemented and real life enquiries received.
• Customer Satisfaction Index was at the top during this period.
• Holds an Oman Manual gear driving license.
Mass Mailing, Tele Marketing, Branding, Creation of Websites, Social Media Marketing, Pricing, Roadshows etc., were key to Success.
