Presently working since November 2010 to till date with a contracting construction company, at Pen and Thane-Belapur M.I.D.C. Job involved was to supervise the technicians and perform shop-floor pneumatic and electronic instrumentation assignments i.e service, repair, overhaul, calibrate, installation, commissioning in various companies in Maharashtra, INDIA.
Floating or Fixed Production Platform Instrumentation Maintenance Experience such as Riser, Gas lift manifold, Main Gas Compressors, Flare Knock Out Drums, Produce Water System, Gas treatment / Booster Compressor, Oil Seperator, Export Pumps, Utilities, I. g Generator, water injection process instruments
Crude Export Metering Skid instrumentation.
Siemens S- 7 Apacs, Moore DCS Trouble shooting.
Refinery / Petrochemical / Chemical Plant Instrumentation Project, Installation, Maintenance
Control valves, Leveltrols, Level Transmitters : Complete overhauling, dismantling, servicing, Commissioning and calibration of control valve
Sound knowledge of installation, calibration of Bently Nevada Vibration Monitor system in Project and Shutdown.
Skilled to read Engineering Drawings, Loop Diagrams, P&ID Drawings, Logic Diagram & Hook up drawings, Cause and Effect chart related to Topside Process, ESD, or Fire and Gas.
Good knowledge about Permit to work systems (PWS) and several kinds of permits like Cold work permit, hot work permit, confined Space Entry permits.
Good Experience in the Plant Maintenance, Project and Commissioning activities and Capacity to do job alone by following Safety rules & regulations.
Complete preventative and remedial maintenance in accordance with SAP schedule or AMOS Schedule and work instructions, with particular emphasis on safety critical activities
Carry out fault finding and diagnostic checks on all site equipment, ensuring any repairs are addressed promptly
Respond to breakdowns in a timely manner and carry out and apply effective fault finding and investigation techniques
Carry out major services, overhauls and intrusive maintenance on site equipment
Carry out and participate in Root Cause Analysis to improve equipment reliability
Ensure comprehensive work history is recorded in SAP and any follow up work and material required is identified
Ensure comprehensive records and logs are maintained and effective handovers are carried out at shift change as and when required.
Identify and propose ideas and solutions that will increase efficiency in cost or time without loss of integrity and present idea(s) to relevant management.
Support and improve team performance by sharing knowledge and best practices.
Engaged since March 2009 to September 2010 with NORTRANS-OCS SERVICES ( INDIA ) to work as E & I Technician on board PROSAFE‘s FPSO - ( ESPOIRE IVORIONE ) located at ABIDJAN in IVORY COAST ( WEST AFRICA ) to carry out project installation, commissioning, maintenance, trouble shooting, fault finding of Top Side Instrumentation.
Engaged since June 2008 to February 2009, with M/s. Wilhelmson Shipping Company (India) as INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIAN with for commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, fault finding on Top - side Instrumentation onboard NORTECHS FPSO - EAST FORTUNE ( Floating Platform, Offloading and Storage ).

Engaged since March 1996 to MARCH 1998 as Instrument Foreman Thru’ M/s.M.F.Kentz (Kuwait ) in M.aintenance Contract of Refinery units of Kuwait National Petroleum Company ( Kuwait ). Worked as shift technician also to maintain the continuous process Instrumentation Breakdown, ESD, calibration.
Engaged since November 1993 to November 1995 as Instrument Technician Thru’ M/s. IMCO ( Kuwait ) in Maintenance contract of East Oil Gathering Centre and in Workshop. Worked on Testing, Calibration, Service, Preventive & Corrective Maintenance of all Field Process Control Instrumentation and DCS Troubleshooting in Control Room. Execute within workshop, component / chip level troubleshooting, Repairing of Faulty Electronic Instruments/equipments arriving from field .
Engaged since April 1993 to October 1993 as Instrument Technician Thru’ M/s. Indira Enterprises ( India ) for Maintenance Contract inside chemical Plant of IMPERIAL CHEMICAL INDUSTRY located at Thane - Belapur MIDC Road. Job involved was mainly maintaining the instrumentation avoiding any breakdown in the process. If at any breakdown occurs then do the fault finding and trouble shooting with necessary calibration, testing and service. And execute Routine Preventive and corrective Maintenance as per the maintenance planning schedule, as well.
