⮚ Develop and maintain claim forms and process.
⮚ Create billing and accounting report.
⮚ Maintain records of business activity.
⮚ Research and prepare claims.
⮚ Maintain database and other company records.
⮚ Handle high volume processing including document review, data entry and investigation.
⮚ Scheduling meetings with clients to discuss the issues on weekly & fortnightly basis
⮚ Processing the claims based on the KAMs approval
⮚ Analyzing the inappropriate claims raised by customers & rejecting the claims using KAMs approval.
⮚ Status of claims are checked and verified at all stages and incase incomplete information, connecting with clients to verify
⮚ Assisting the team in case of queries & maintaining team co-ordination
⮚ Team handling, assigning work to the team within the provided deadline
⮚ Having team huddles on the regular basis to keep track of the work.
