Responsible for driving the growth of revenue and profit margins.
Developing the company’s commercial processes including account management and marketing.
Responsible for organizing the warehouse, ensuring goods ready for dispatch.
Doing GRN (goods received note) of the goods received.
Ensuring Health & Safety protective measures are taken by all staff
Meeting and greeting visitors/clients
Collecting the documents from the material ( receiving, issuing and shipping)
•Calculate and distribute wages and salaries
•Handling petty cash
•Preparing All Bank Transfers & Reconciliation, Payroll, Expense Claim, Cheque & Cash Payments are duly approved, processed and recorded
•Assists in posting of Payment Vouchers for Bill payments, Leave Settlement, Suppliers Invoices, and Salary Advances
•Ageing Analysis Of Receivable & Payable, Reporting to the Finance Manager, Follow Up & Suppliers Payment Arranging
•Assists in Recording & Payment Vouchers For Bill Payments, Suppliers Invoices
•Verify the Receipts And Prices Of Goods From Suppliers
•Track The Payment Of The Invoices
•Preparation Of Bank Reconciliation Statement
•Communicate Directly With Suppliers and Debtors
