•Responsible to organise Daily, weekly, monthly MIS & Financial Reporting as per group reporting standards, General Ledger schedules, scrutiny of 3 territories P&L, includes 40+ stores, supervising footfall growth, Average Ticket value of sales.
•Accountable in reviewing & approving of day to day accounting entries and cost centres by verifying invoice as per the accounting principles and DOA delegation of authority.
•Effectively regulated Vendor, customer client profile handling of approx. 400 clients. AR, AP etc. Purchase order to procurement, Orders Analysis, scheduling of pay out, attending, resolving Vendors queries.
•Manage Staff costing Verifying & booking of employee cost & Payroll of 120 employees, incentive working, FFS and payments of 300+ staff.
•Performing periodic reconciliation of high-volume clients of each quarter to ensure 85 to 90% of business clients are reconciled to gain the confidence in decision making.
•Proven track leadership in managing a team of 5 people, assign daily task, to keep them motivated on track, supporting them for the development of their skill by arranging the training.
•Ensuring import Shipment costing tracking & to ensure landed cost is under control,
•Dealing and negotiating in the client commercial contract, AMC, Insurance, Royalty etc.
