Job Profile: • Payment Entries - Entering payment details of the employees according to the time sheet, working hours, project on which they are working in SAP by design and quick books
• Travel and Expenses - Recording monthly expenses of Utopia Inc., like employees traveled abroad, hotel expenses, food expenses, and business trips expenses. Entering all vouchers and bills in SAP by design.
• Customer Invoices - Raising invoices depending upon the projects, number of employees involved and duration of hours they worked on that particular project.
• Time sheet entries - Updating time sheet for each employees involved in that particular projects in SAP by design
• Collection data entries - Preparing invoices of billed amounts which is collected from the clients of all projects.
