Credit Collection Incharge :-
1. Developing and administering credit and collection program.
2. Maintain a complete record of the credit customers.
3. Responsible for the collection activities. and ensuring customer
pay on time.
4. Reporting to the top management.
Sales Supervisor:-
1. Listening to customer requirements and presenting
appropriately to make a sale.
2. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing
customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
3. Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
4. Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with
clients and managers.
5. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
6. Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or
exceed targets.
7. Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with
colleagues.
8. Training the new staff.
9. Keeping the display all time as per the standard of company.
