Handling all parts related activities at Tesla Dubai
is the official importer for Premium Automotive Brands Ferrari & Maserati, KTM, Triumph and Arctic Cat in the Sultanate of Oman.
Duties: Spare Parts Department
•Managing inventory of spare parts and lifestyles in stock.
•Providing quotations for workshop WIPs and Cash Customers.
•Stock maintenance, Parts ordering, Booking Foreign and local shipments in DMS, issuing spare parts to workshop and counter customers.
•Coordinating with local clearance agency and Factory for tracking and clearing of shipment through Air and Sea.
•Managing VOR and urgent shipments through DHL and other express freight forwarders.
: Warranty Department
•Checking and claiming warranty jobs all brands.- All warranty codes- PDI, regular, extended Warranty and Good Will.
•Making sure that the job cards are complied and completed as per Guidelines and norms set by the respective factories.
•Tagging and storing replaced Warranty parts .
•Arranging and sending warranty parts back to factory for inspection.

As a Service Advisor my job is to provide support, help, advice and technical explanations to customers . Also responsible for arranging appointments, meeting with potential customers, explaining our products, answering questions, writing up orders, and asking for recommendations.
Duties:
•Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone, email, letter or face to face.
•Booking appointments according to workshop load and prioritizing work according to seriousness of the problem.
•Acceptance and delivery of the vehicle
•Updation of the status of the vehicle while vehicle is at the dealership.
•Extensive knowledge to use the Ferrari Modiscs Portal and Lamborghini portal.
•Managing and updating C.S.I(Ferrari) for maximum customer satisfaction.
•Ensuring that a customer problem is brought to a satisfactory conclusion.
•Involved in developing a customer service policy.
•Collecting and analyzing data to monitor the level of customer service.
•Maximise the sale of accessories to ensure we reach the respective targets set by the principles.
•Using Word & Excel to write reports and create invoices.
•Maximising every sales enquiry.
